missing drinkunavailable umbrellas
i was a little disappointed. the advertised free drink at the bar did not materialize. also, there were no readily available umbrellas despite their mention as a convenient amenity. it. the lack of these small touches impacted the overall experience a bit more than i anticipated.

Amazing hotel next to the metro!

The location is very nice, it is literally on the doorstep of the metro! The room was large and spacious. It had a comfy bed. Facilities were good and the hotel had a gym.
They only offered pizza at the hotel and this was a bit disappointing. They also don't take cash. I didn't like that.

All staff act very professional and helpful. The team greets guests with smiles. The front desk staff is friendly. I even saw one staff speak Chinese, it is very impressive.
